1.What if the fountain doesn’t work in the day : The solar energy stored in the day will be used at night. And the energy for spraying in the day is directly depends on the intensity of the sunlight. If there is a cloud or shadow on the solar panel area, the fountain will not work.

You can use it under adequate sunlight in the day. After a full day charge under sunlight, you can enjoy the fountian with romantic light at night.

To keep a good working performance, our fountain is set to spray in the day, and not only spray but also light up at night. If you find the fountain doesn’t light up in the day, it is normal situation.

2.What if the fountain doesn’t work at any time : Please check if the water is enough to flood the fountain and let float. Then you can check that if the filter cotton is blocked by trash.

Our fountain has two kinds of protection systems: it will not work when the container such as Bird Bath, Pool, Pond, is lack of water. And also it will not work if the filter is blocked with trash. That will make the pump block up and the water cannot pump out.

3.Operation Advice : The Fountain’s switch is a light sensor switch built in LED module, not directly visible. Before the first use, you should put it under adequate sunlight for 24 hours to get enough energy. Don’t put it on the water before first 24 hours charging. After 24 hours, put the product on the water. It will spray & light up automatically at NIGHT but only spray automatically under adequate sunlight during the DAY.
